In the Spotlight - Are You Ready for Jennifer L Berg ?

Posted in

This is as ready as we can be for her “Ready Series”. Jennifer L. Berg broke into the contemporary romance writers’ scene with her two notable books “When You're Ready” and “Never Been Ready” and her readers with great satisfaction have embraced both books, and I happen to be one of them.

I had an opportunity to grill this fun, mother of two lovely kids  and here’s Jennifer in her virtual avatar talking to B’Khush.

Surprises in Beautiful Packages

Reading is a dynamic journey of surprises. A journey filled with romance, pain, survival and courage, all leading to a destination of satisfaction. Expecting the unexpected should be the norm of reading, yet every once in a while I get hit with a curve ball that gives me the tingles and utmost satisfaction of reading a book that goes beyond my expectations. Am glad to have given myself an opportunity to read.

I’ve always loved quaint little towns. With its rich heritage and history, open space and plush countryside, lovely people with a sunny attitude and where everyone knows everyone, is how I came across this tiny coastal town called “Lucky Harbor.”

Mahabharat – An Epic Revisited

Mahabharat!! Mahabharat!! Even after all these years, the chant still resonates in  my ears. No matter that it was from another lifetime; a lifetime ago when I was in my teens. In another lifetime I remember all those Sundays of watching Mahabharat with the whole family, it was almost a holy and spiritual ritual!

Seductive Passion ‘N Scandalous Murder!

It is said that the greatest part of a writer’s time is spent in reading. In order to  write, a man/woman will turn over half a library of life to make one book. Writing is like living your life again, penning stories rooting from personal experiences to them  blossoming into great reads of fiction, romance and thrillers.
